1. Handmade & Custom Work
Each piece is individually handcrafted by professional wood artisans. Because of this:
• Variations in wood grain, color, and texture are natural and not considered defects.
• Custom and personalized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.
We will evaluate and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address
African Treasures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate purchase violates these terms. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and pursue collection if necessary.
